Our darling mum passed away the end of Jan 2021. COVID complicated things and we needed to decide what to do with our mum’s property. Over many years the family had used PRD in Oatley for various property purchases. And now we needed to sell, or should we rent?! One of us lived in Oatley and the other in California.
