Trust and Agent are two terms often viewed at two ends of the spectrum. I’m pleased to say that our experience with Dean was one like no other. We engaged Dean after we bought a new home as we desperately needed to upsize given our growing family and personal circumstances. With Covid-19 playing a role in house prices being lower than trend, we took advantage of securing a home worth over 1.5million dollars. We needed to be able to sell fast to release the equity from our current home to purchase the new property.
