Selling during the COVID 19 pandemic with its ban on open-houses and on-site auctions was looking to be a challenge. However, from the first meeting prior to entering into an agency agreement James gave me confidence in his ability as a real estate agent. He quickly demonstrated his knowledge of the Oatley property market, provided property comparisons from recent sales and gave a frank assessment of the uncertainty of the current market conditions. He recommended a particular sale process and was able to clearly explain his reasoning for that specific approach for my property. Once engaged as my agent, James, using his wide range of contacts from previous sales campaigns, was able to ensure there was a steady flow of inspections of the property despite the COVID 19 restriction on open houses. Throughout the sales campaign James kept me fully informed of the 'state of play' and consulted regularly on requests for contract variations by prospective buyers.
