James is like the duck that you see calmly gliding along the water, totally in control but those legs below the water are working overtime! One Saturday we saw a property we wanted to bid on but the Auction was only 3 weeks off and we had to sell our house first. We saw James at 9.30 on the Monday morning and by the next Saturday our house was “open for Inspection”, photography done and beautiful “for Sale” board erected out the front. That first Sat we had a record 45 groups through for inspection and 2 weeks later, with 10 registered bidders it sold. An amazing team effort, so superbly led by James.
