My husband and I first spoke to Veronica and her colleague Tina, in December to get an idea of the value of our property, with a view to putting it on the market a couple of months later - in February. We required a long settlement period as we were purchasing another apartment off the plan which would not be completed until May at the earliest. They clearly explained how that could be managed, which set our minds at ease. They explained that off-market was the best approach for selling our property and why.
