Veronica was friendly when we met, but was not forthcoming with information. The recommended selling price kept diminishing, in spite of interest in the property and offers were forwarded to us without recommendations as to what we should do. We were not kept informed as to what happened during open houses and had to keep asking to find out. We did not feel that we were guided or that she was really working in our interests. Veronica seemed to react to events rather than having a firm game plan.
