Knowledgeable about the market and lambton area.

Vlado was excellent from the beginning to the end of selling our place. He worked within a delicate situation and helped organise all aspects to get the house ready for market. Including on going care of the property once vacant. Vlado negotiated an excellent sale price that was in the listing price range. Even with limited offers, he managed to secure a quick sale and the house was not on the market for long. Communication with vlado was very easy and he was always contactable throughout the time. I would recommend vlado as i feel he is a genuine person and a great real estate agent.
