I can’t praise Vlado enough. I went with him due to previous positive reviews and was not disappointed. He gave good advice throughout the sales process, all based on what he knew his (buying) clients were looking for and the current state of the market. He also helped us in finding good contractors to tidy up some things we didn’t have time to do. No hard sales, just good, honest explanations and lots of energy. Plus he’s a really nice person. I would buy or sell a property through Vlado.

Including on going care of the property once vacant. Vlado negotiated an excellent sale price that was in the listing price range. Even with limited offers, he managed to secure a quick sale and the house was not on the market for long. Communication with vlado was very easy and he was always contactable throughout the time.
