With an extensive Retail and Customer Service background before entering the world of Real Estate, Erin was already well equipped with the people skills and expertise needed in the role of a Real Estate Buisness Development Manager. Erin Birketts dedication to delivering outstanding results is well known by her colleagues and associates. She prides herself in adopting a careful and personable approach when it comes to looking after her clients most valuable assets. Erin aspires to provide excellent service and advice that consistently exceeds her client’s expectations, ensuring that they get the care and commitment they deserve. About Carly

Carly commenced her real estate career in 2011, and has been an invaluable member of the Ray White team for over 14 years. Her experience ranges from trainee property manager, property manager, senior property manager, administration manager to now office manager. Her roles within our business varies and includes accounts receivable/payable for the general operations of the business, bookkeeping, sales administration and general office management. Carly is always happy to lend a helping hand and she possess exceptional communication skills which ensures the team always has the highest level of support. Carly holds her certificate 4 in real estate services and is constantly learning to improve her skills and provide the highest level of service and knowledge.

Mia has been with us at Ray White Blackburn since early 2022, starting out in a Receptionist position and quickly becoming Marketing Manager, from there Mia commenced her Certificate 4 in Real Estate Practice and began her career as an assistant Property Manager. Mia has since completed her Certificate 4 and has taken on a portfolio as a Property Manager. Mia prides herself on being an honest, reliable and efficient Property Manager with a focus on high levels of communication. Mia accepts any challenge that she is presented with a positive approach making her an extremely valued member of the Ray White Blackburn team.

After an extensive history in customer service based roles, Leena joined the Real Estate industry in 2017 and began her career as a leasing consultant, then a property manager. Leena is passionate about being able to apply her ‘people skills’ in the real estate sector, and continues to strive, and perform at her very best to ensure your Real Estate needs are as effortless and stress free as possible. The Most Resilient

Great experience so far!

Our experience with Erin Birkett of RayWhite, Blackburn has been wonderful so far. Referred to us by a family friend (who was also helped by Erin), we found her highly professional and knowledgeable. She has been quite accommodating of our requests. Erin and her team handled the leasing agency change of our property and finding a new tenant quite smoothly and kept us informed of the latest developments (including during weekends).
