Selling our house was a daunting, foreign, completely overwhelming experience for us. This is because it was our first family home AND we are currently expecting our second child. Simon constantly and graciously put our minds at ease by explaining every step of the process along the way, providing reassurance, and answering all of our questions as they came up - regardless of the time of day! We felt nothing but safe in his hands from our very first meeting all the way up until the signing of contracts. Whilst his professionalism and expertise exceeded our expectations, at the same time we felt like we were being treated as family.
