Service at its excellence
Chau is the property manager looking after my property. So far what I have received is the first class personalised professional service. Since I am not local; I was concerned about coordination between site supervisor, builder and the property manager. But Chau made it so easy for me. Organising different tradies, getting the invoices and making sure that they are paid, taking charge of the property etc was all handled by her. I was updated throughout the process. And now when the property is leased out, all the worries are being taken care of. Thank you, Chau, for this excellent customer service. It can not get any better. Five stars from me….no doubt.
