I have purchased many properties previously, Adam and the Premierre Group team would have to be the best agency I have ever dealt with. Adam is a honest agent who actually enjoys spending time helping me find the perfect house, unlike other agents in the area who seems to be too busy to even answer my questions regarding a property I may be interested in. Adam makes me want to buy all of his properties as he is good at explaining and outlining the benefits and disadvantages of each property. I love buying through him and will definitely sell through him because of the high level of customer service he provides. I know he would be able to sell any property very well.

In all my dealings as an experienced property investor I have purchased and sold many properties in my career. As an interstate investor I cannot thank Premierre Group enough as they have made my decision to purchase this home an easy choice. Not only have I received a first class standard of service prior to purchasing with much assistance in arranging everything from trades and servicemen to quote for jobs, right through to providing a long list of solicitors and building inspectors to confirm I have made the right choice, it just seemed that no job was too big or small for them and in most circumstances Premierre Group offered this services before I had the chance to ask them for help. After settlement the service certainly hasn’t stopped there, to this day Premierre group are still involved with me as I make the important decisions to improve the property ready for the next tenants, and this is certainly not a small or easy task, so I sincerely thank you. I have no doubt whatsoever that from now on I have my very own personal estate agent for life and that is Premierre Group. I can provide Premierre Group with my highest recommendation and gratitude. Our house had been registered with another Real Estate agency for four months and had very little interest or success, after promises of selling the house within a month. When I engaged Premierre Group I was immediately impressed with their honesty, clear communication and professionalism. Within 10 days the house was sold at the desired price. What impressed me the most was that the sale was a team effort. There was not just one Real Estate agent selling the house but four. Adam was our main contact, but Karl, Wayne and Harry also contributed to the positive outcome. Having four Real estate agents working for you is far better than one.
