Marion worked very hard to make the sale of our property. Some issues were identified during the process which detracted from the initial value expectations but Marion persisted and got us what we considered to be a very good return. She kept in full contact with us at all times with updates and advice regarding the sale and potential buyers. The eventual buyer was a client she had kept in touch with and convinced to submit an offer when he had thought about negotiating with another property. Even with the sale being made over the Christmas break, Marion remained available to us and continued the process despite being out of the country.
