Michael is a very experienced local agent here with an excellent reputation. I gave him a brief that wasn't straightforward to achieve, that I preferred to find a purchaser rapidly in the difficult pre-Christmas period, understanding this might limit the price prospects slightly. Michael wrote a perfectly stated description of the property for the listing. In short order he had shown 4 couples through the property, all of whom seemed highly suitable prospective buyers for the property. One party was interested enough to make a realistic offer, which I accepted.
