Straight to the point
Paula is an honest and respectful agent. Paula was direct in her dealings and never made promises she couldn’t deliver on. As buyers, we realised that was probably most important to us.

Great Agent

Paula and Paul Ashcroft were a breath of fresh air. Having deal with other real estate agents previously, it was a pleasure to deal with people of honesty and integrity. Highly Recommend and would use again

Professional and friendly
We couldn't be happier with the way Paula Ashcroft and her team handled the sale of our property. It was quick and painless - so quick, in fact, that our house sold within a couple of days! Best agent I have ever dealt with.
After having a very awful experience with a previous agent in the past I was very dubious & cautious of enlisting another agent. From the moment I met Paula I knew she would be my next agent & she was. After our initial meeting my fears, concerns & apprehension were immediately gone. Paula was constantly keeping me updated & in touch. Her professionalism & pleasant, polite nature were definitely a great asset to have at open house. I believe this also went a long way in the actual sale, which I ended up getting top dollar for. Paula will be on speed dial the next time I chose to buy or sell. Thanks Paula :)

exceptional service
Mark Kentwell and his colleague Jesse Wilton are professional and great customer service people who were always available. They promptly returned calls or arranged to meet face to face understanding that selling your home is not just a financial /business decision but also an emotional one. They went above and beyond during openings when we were overseas by collecting our mail and watering our plants. Mark and his team are friendly, flexible and always respectful. PRD are also happy to organise and communicate with your legal reps making it an easy process.

Very Professional service.
We chose to sell our family home with Mark because of the overall way Mark promoted his service as "a team" approach. We were impressed, not just with Mark and Jesse, but how all arms within PRD co ordinated to make the daunting process of selling occur with ease.
