Excellent service !!
The best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful agents and brokers. Highly recommend. Odi was always available to answer our questions and to show us the apartment any time we asked for.

The BEST in the business!
I had engaged 5 (Property Managing agents) prior to meeting David for my investment home, 3 of the 5 who I thought were already great and didn't think they could get any better. When I met David, he took his customer engagement to a whole other level which is the unique and distinct factor I was looking for - someone with extensive industry experience and knowledge across all types of properties, real passion for what they do and an undeniable commitment to serving their customers - he's into it! which is really important as, I'm someone who has a busy life and this gives me peace of mind that he will take care of my property and the tenants in them to the level I would. The whole process from start to finish (and after tenants had moved in) was and has been very seamless and pleasant. Within a week of engaging David, he had my property up online, held 2 open homes with outstanding turnouts, interests and applications and within a week of this we had the perfect tenants move in. Couldn't be more happier and will be recommending him to everyone! - Thank you David yet again!

Great Agency, Friendly, Flexible & Hard Working
This is the 1st time I was renting out property, that also interstate, so I was quite stressed out as to how it will go. However working with Prestige made the whole thing so simple and easy for us and it was a terrific experience altogether. An exceptional real estate with ethics and qualities
I've worked with several real estate agents in the past for leasing and buying, but David from Prestige Estate is without a doubt the outstanding one. I first met David when I was a tenant in one of the properties managed by him a few years ago. His transparency, honesty, integrity and experience impressed me, enabling him to establish an excellent rapport. I recently decided to engage David and his team to lease and manage my property. Knowledgable, Trustworthy and Thoughtful Team!
David and the team at Prestige are wonderful agents to work with as property managers. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, always on hand to help and offer suggestions/opinions/advice when I need. They are prompt with information regarding tenants needs and action them accordingly, managing the various third parties with attention to detail and respect. Always attentive, anticipatory and abreast of situations, I don't have to chase them to resolve issues, ensuring that they listen to my requirements and evaluate the best possible outcome for the situation.
