Prestige made things easy to deal with. Ultimately they were geared to sell the property at the perceived rate set by the buyer rather than my asking rate as the vendor. This attracted very high interest for the first three weeks with several serious but underwhelming offers. For the fourth week, I requested my price be put on the property rather than the buyers'.
