When I asked Daniel Hall to visit my property and to give me a market appraisal he came prepared. He was able to describe all of the recent sales activity in the area, what factors weighed in favour of my property and he balanced that with a realistic assessment of what price we could expect in the current market. That was followed up with an email with a realistic market appraisal and a detailed electronic guide on how to go about selling a home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Daniel and his team.
