8 years ago I purchased a property through Daniel Hall from Prestige Professionals. We had a very incompetent solicitor and without Daniels guidance we would have lost our deposit on the house. I always said that should I ever sell I would use Daniel. Well couple of weeks ago Daniel sold my property. And all I can say if you are thinking of selling you should defiantly give Daniel a call. He worked extremely hard to get me such an amazing price. He completely exceeded my expectations. In fact when he told me the final offer I fell down on the floor in my office. I was actually happy with an offer a buyer had made and Daniel insisted that we have another open house. I do not think any other agent would have accomplished what he did. Not to mention the photographer Daniel used did not just come in and take a few photos, rather, he moved furniture around and adjusted things so that everything could look better. So Daniel, THANK YOU again so much!
