Les, you truly are a rarity in today’s Australian real estate agents market, where greed is their aim of the day. Plus, they always put themselves ahead of the client. What you may not be aware of is since 2009 I have repeatedly placed my house on the market with different agents, none and I mean none, were as caring or as professional as you with regard to geDng the house sold at a reasonable price. Yes in this instance you had a keen buyer already in line and willing to pay. But without you and your skill, I believe with any other agent, they would have lost that buyer because of the difficulHes and the way the original contract placed me in conflict.
You came along and sorted that old contract out and managed to succeed in geDng the xxxx to sign, although, this sHll placed them at some albeit limited risk, but what it did it gave me some security of the deposits should the buyer fail. The old contract from the other agent was only wriLen in favour of the buyer and not the seller or indeed fair to both parHes. You came along and worked on this and was successful, where others would for sure have failed.
You are genuine and helpful, knowledgeable and respecMul, always puDng everyone as ease, all real estate agents should aLend the Les Corby school of tacHcs. This is why you are so good at what you do, you work when others turn off their phones, you work when others are in bed, you simply are the best and I mean that. No other agent in the area can touch you.
What a wonderful man you are. Your slogan should read: “I sell houses not myself”
Those words sum up the man! You are the man! Les, I shall always remember you fondly. Susan told me you said we should do lunch, I’ll make time before we head off to England. Thank you and continue to sell as many houses in a month as others try to sell in a year.
