Peter Price and his team helped us to sell our well-loved, family home in the middle of an Adelaide winter and whilst we are living overseas. Peter communicated with us and gave us important feedback from potential buyers viewing the house, and really worked hard to show people through at all different times throughout the week. It took about two weeks to list and sell the house, which is a fantastic achievement for this time of year! And we’ve lost track of how many private showings he made during this period. We appointed Peter Price to handle the sale of my mother's unit. We chose Peter as his method was exactly what we were looking for. We had interviewed other agents, and they wanted to 'style' the unit at great expense and Peter was able to get a similar online effect with virtual photographs at a fraction of the cost. He didn't need a sign board, and didn't do opens, and had 2 excellent offers within a week of going to market. His method of price ranging worked very well, and I think that had a lot to do with the quick and successful sale. We decided to sell our house in Parkside SA in late 2017. We interviewed 3 potential agents, of which 2 had a similar approach in that they would conduct a marketing campaign that would cost between $7k and $4k,hold multiple opens and a three week campaign. All 3 agents estimated the same selling price with comparable commission rates. Peter's approach was more aligned with our thoughts in that anybody who inspected would need to be a genuine buyer, with sufficient funds. To this end, Peter listed the House of Realestate.com but withheld the address. Peter absorbed the costs of photos & listing. The first Saturday, Peter held an inspection for 5 "vetted" purchasers and returned on Monday night with 3 firm offers - all right on the money! We signed up then, the sale in progressing well and we could not be happier. We recommend that anybody who is planning to sell in Adelaide should contact Peter and give him an opportunity to present his approach. You will not be disappointed.
