Excellent as the SELLER'S agent for the property we purchased.
Vicki's enthusiasm for her job is amazing. Nothing is too hard for her to accomplish, she is such a friendly person who makes you feel that you are the only person she is working for, with 100% focus on you and your requirements. Her dedication to her job extended way beyond the work space and time. If we ever sell our new home, Vicki will be the only agent we call. Thanks Vicki.

Very relaxed and not pushy
We were driving 5 hours on a Sunday morning to view properties and were under the pump as we'd sold our property and had less than 4 weeks to settlement. Ash gave up his early Sunday morning to show us through the property and even though he had family commitments throughout the day he responded to our many texts and phone calls to secure the negotiation for a purchase.

Kind, Caring and nothing is too much trouble!
Vicki was always there for us - she is kind, caring, friendly and ever so knowledgeable about the house, area and any random question that I had for her! I feel very lucky and blessed to have an agent like Vicki where nothing was too much trouble and would always help me out and always respond to my emails and messages right away. Utterly professional though friendly and approachable all the same. Would recommend to anyone buying or selling.

Vicky was very helpful in all details of the transaction. When you phoned her with a problem she answered straight away. If you rang her and she was not at the other end of the phone she would call back.

No fuss or pressure
Ash and Vickie are a great team. You could say you get two agents for the price of one. During our negotiations Ash was absent for medical reasons and Vickie took over without missing a heartbeat. Nothing as to research or attending to requests seemed too much trouble. We will be dealing with Ash and Vickie for any real estate dealings in the future. Thanks Ash and Vickie, see you both soon.
