When we were putting our house back on the market, we had no hesitation calling Terese. She had sold us the house 9 years previously and so knew the area. She was always prompt in returning calls, and when we signed up to sell after initially having requested an assessment of the house value, she was on the spot immediately. To our great suprise she nominated a listing price which was higher than we expected and sold the property on terms acceptable to us, within 24 hours of listing. We always felt comfortable with Terese and never had any thought that she was over-stating values simply to get a listing. Should we ever need to enter the market again, Terese would be the first agent we would call. (Don't retire Terese!)
