In the midst of a global pandemic we managed to get a contract on our home - for asking price - in just three days. We have to credit Mac and Stacey for their great initiative in getting the sales campaign going so swiftly, and the day I called Prime Agents on the phone everything was set in place. The property went online that evening with Mac's own photos, which he went and took straight after his first meeting with us (later updated with the professional shots). I was quite impressed that he did this as they could have waited until professional photos were taken, but instead they got the ball rolling straight away. Mac and Stacey were extremely proactive and kept in great communication with us through the whole process. I would certainly use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else who wants to sell their home. Thanks guys for a smooth and quick sales process.

We chose Ash from Prime Agents to sell our house after having no luck through another agent. Ash was professional but friendly at all times. He probably thought we were being a bit overly dramatic with our cats, as we drilled into him that the doors couldn't be left open etc. But nothing was too much trouble. And Ash got the sale over the line after much dithering about by the buyer. So he's patient too. Ash will certainly be high on our list if we want to sell in the future.
