Professorial
Ash was professorial and very quick to having clients look at the property, he new his prices on what we could achieve for the area. The property went online late Monday and was sold by the Wednesday afternoon, for over the asking price.

Down to earth, honest communication
My partner and I were looking at purchasing a property in Hervey Bay, after a few viewings we stumbled across a unit dwelling. I had travelled four hours to view properties that day and Michael made the time to fit me in to view one of his properties that had just entered the market. He was patient and provided open and honest communication which allowed me the peace of mind to make an offer. Michaels overall authenticity was really appreciated and increasingly rare, I wont hesitate to contact Michael for any future purchases or sales.
