We recently purchased a townhouse in Urangan. We are frequent visitors and are quite familiar with the area and the property market. The property was listed at a great price, with vendors who were committed to selling. At the time though, we were unable to personally view the property due to family commitments at home. Michael worked very co-operatively with our property manager, who inspected the property on our behalf. The purchase proceeded smoothly, with great communication all round. We had a tenant organised to move in shortly after settlement. We are very happy, and we have a happy tenant and property manager as well. Thank you Michael and your team for all of your assistance.
