Linda was professional, prompt, caring and communicated all matters super well.

Linda had helped our family with a purchase some years ago, and her professionalism at that time, meant that when we had a sale in Currimundi to consider, we were never going to go anywhere else. The family had to work 95% of the time remotely with Linda, but this difficulty did not dampen her resolve to give us a successful outcome. Linda's valuation of the house was spot-on, showing she had a very realistic assessment of the market, and did not need to over-value to be chosen as our Agent. In a nice touch we slightly exceeded her assessed price, by ensuring she matched the correct buyer to our lovely property. Linda communicated extremely well at every step, and was prompt in returning any calls or texts needed from our side, and then with advice that was sound, showing her depth of experience. Linda had a range of buyers on hand who also obviously trusted her judgement, so the actual 'off-market' sale process went quickly and efficiently. As a final and true indication that we had partnered with the best agent in our area, even after the sale was complete, Linda was able to go above and beyond by helping retrieve and post some goods from the house that had been inadvertently left behind.
