This is the second time we have used Taryn and again we were extremely pleased with everything: her attention to detail, her pleasantness on the phone, and the prompt and efficient way in which she sold our property and dealt with the conveyancing company. Bought and Sold my unit through Taryn!
Taryn did a remarkable job of obtaining my sale price for my Unit, and in a timely manner considering the size of the complex and the other Units for sale at the same time I was very very happy she is so real estate savvy, her attention to details, communication/advice and positivity Taryn gave throughout was a plus. Actually the whole process as a seller was seamless by Taryn's knowledge, honesty and her assistance to supply trades people to complete small maintenance jobs that were required before sale that would be subject to a building inspection. Thank you Taryn, I recommend you for your awesome job which you executed professionally and personally from start to finish.

Calm, in control - Fabulous!
Taryn was so amazing, this was the first time we have sold a house and she was super understanding. Nothing was too much trouble and she always returned phone calls. Communication with Taryn was never an issue. We needed to clear out our rubbish before we could go on the Market and Taryn was there, we had an open house the day after going on the market and she was there. Taryn always made time for us and was so professional and kind. On our settlement day we had a slight glitch with finance and Taryn just took care of it! We would recommend Taryn to everyone we know and if we ever do this again she will be our first phone call!! Thank you Taryn!
