There are no words that can express my gratitude towards John Topping. I don't have much experience with Priority Residential so I won't speak to that however if any of their agents are like John...wow. This saga started when we were in a position forced to sell. I reached out to a number of agents to assist us with the tight schedule, margins and sticky situation which required flexibilty. John's initial response was detailed, realistic and comforting hence why we proceeded with him. From Day 1 (May 20, 2021) through to settlement (Feb 8th, 2022) i have over 119 emails detailing the journey we've been through. The amount of commitment, communication, detail and going beyond the call of duty for his role amazes me. You would think the commission was 6 figures or he was the owner of this Agency. John managed to work with our property managing agency which was difficult at the best of times, and for which i am thankful for as my wife and i are living abroad. I can not recommend John enough for the works he's done. I'm afraid the impression he's left on me is one that will leave any other Real Estate Agent second-tier.

John was with me every step of the way even though he was not selling my property but selling to me. He kept me informed the whole way, followed up on everything he said he would do. My purchase had a few elements of difficulty due to overseas seller but John was relentless in getting everything organised. Where the owner failed John stepped up and helped beyond his job description. I highly recommend John Topping as your agent !
