Friendly, approachable, available & knowledgeable
Highly recommend Chris Garlick at Priority 1. He recently sold our lifestyle/acreage property with great results, getting a fabulous price with minimal fuss and interruptions - even in the current market favourable to sellers - the end sale price absolutely exceeding my expectations. He had excellent market and local area knowledge, and was spot on when approaching and sourcing potential ‘qualified’ buyers that would also appreciate the surrounding community. Chris is extremely friendly and approachable, and I really valued his calm, no fuss and helpful manner, sometimes under a tricky dynamic. His open communication, advice and offer of assistance while the property was being prepared and ‘staged’ for sale took a huge weight off. He was available to discuss even my most trivial concerns throughout the entire process - pre, during and even post sale and settlement. Selling a property can be very stressful and ‘stormy’ sometimes - Chris is the kind of agent that will be there to hold the umbrella for you in the rain.

Great professional service
Kerri provided me with a great deal of expertise and knowledge assisting me with my purchase of a lovely 2 bed miner's cottage in Dunolly which I absolutely adore.
