Very unimpressed. Poor conduct and rude! We had already agreed in writing to sign a contract that was subject to inspection and finance, but then Jing wrote up a contract without the subject to inspection part included. However, when we signed it and realised it too late she did not apologise but instead put the blame on us and refused to back down. Jing at that point said that it was possible to still enter into further negotiations with the vendor, taking into consideration the major issues found on the inspection and the big costs this would add to us, but then used delay tactics and kept stringing us along until our finance was approved then said we couldn't back out so forced us into a corner. It seems she had no intention in the first place to facilitate further negotiations. Jing had also knowingly down-played the major issues with the house that she already knew of from a previous inspection report. This conduct was unprofessional and very irritating to deal with. Rather than being open and transparent Jing used a deceptive and backhanded approach to get her way with us. It seems you cannot trust her word.
