Fantastic Agent
As a first home buyer I was told to watch out for real estate agents. However I found Michael to be honest and upfront about everything. He went out of his was to take the time and explain all the details to me in layman's terms, as to not confuse me. I'm sure I probably got on his nerves asking a lot of questions and constantly ringing him to quiry, but he was always available to answer and help me get my head around this often overwhelming transaction. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone starting out and hesitant to take that first step. He has definitely redefined my previous perception of real estate agents, with his honest and welcoming manner.

Michael Anderson worked hard to achieve a great sale price on our property under difficult conditions. 40c hot days and a tight time frame before Christmas Michael was able to attract the right prospective buyers to our auction and gave us valued information prior to that day and direction on what course of action we should follow. Awesome agent
We had a few agents round to discuss them selling our house for us. From the moment Michael arrived we knew he was the one for us. Professional, knowledgeable, etc, etc but more than that he was genuine and very likeable. And what a salesman!!! Professional Agent
I found Michael to be thoroughly professional. He gave advice that came from knowledge and experience in the real estate field. I was kept fully informed at all times and very clear explanations and details assisted my understanding. Michael was caring in his approach and made what was a stressful time for me selling a house I had owned for over 40 years much easier.
