Since that time over five years ago, the company has evolved into a much broader based organisation and is well-positioned to offer a full range of advice and sales expertise in all facets of the property market be it residential, commercial, industrial or development projects.

Over the past five years Professionals Alice Springs Real Estate has sold properties in every area of Alice Springs, from prestigious homes to commercial, industrial and project development.
In addition to these sales, Professionals Alice Springs Real Estate has had great success in marketing and rural holdings to investors and developers. Coupled with ‘off the plan’ developments which Professionals have successfully marketed and sold (a recent example is the Giles Street Townhouses). Stephanie Hart was also the selling agent for the Kempeana Crescent Land Development whilst with Professionals Terry Weeks Real Estate. In 2012 Professionals Alice Springs Real Estate were also successful in the tender for the disposal of Defence Housing properties. Stephanie and the sales team achieved over and above the asking price for all of these properties.
