I was the buyer of a unit that Grant sold me in Gosnells, I live overseas and had bought it unseen and will be in Perth soon to see it...Between Grant and my sister Helen's help I was able to get a good idea what I was buying. Grant did his best in all phases of the buying to make it as easy as possible and answered all my questions promptly. He is very pleasant to deal with and even till the end when there were a few hold ups which were not his fault he did all he could to complete settlement. Thanks

Michael was always professional and honest. It was a difficult time being sale of a deceased estate, but he was kind and supportive throughout. He marketed the property well and was able to access a pool of buyers. There was also a dip in the market, but with patience and with Michaels support we were able to achieve a good sale.
