Andrew kept me well informed at every step of the selling process. He tried to sell my house without advertising it first by ringing anyone who would be interested which was a nice thing to do, as it would’ve saved me some money. It didn’t work, but I was happy to see he would do that to hopefully help me out. When the buyer was interested in buying my house, I feel I had to push to get more money, although he did advocate for me when I insisted on a higher sale price.

Andrew was outstanding from start to finish. After meeting him at another property, Andrew listen to our wants and needs of our new property. Even though that was not “the one”, he found a house which ticked all of our boxes and contacted us. He was very relatable and easy to deal with but never pushy. After the first inspection to the final, he walked us through all steps to secure and settle on our home. Nothing was passed off to other people or “too hard”. Andrew dealt with everything in a timely and professional matter. We could not be happier with the service he provided.
