We recently purchased a property through Andrew (who was representing the seller side). Andrew was very quick in responding to our queries and kept regularly updating us on the status of our offer. He was very professional in his dealings, and good to work with. With Andrew’s guidance, in Perth’s intense competitive market, we were successful in buying a property. Although as buyers we feel that we paid more than the fair market price, but probably it is a good thing from seller’s perspective (given that Andrew was representing the seller).
