We travelled to Albany on a house hunting trip. Unsuccessful, on our last day a property was just advertised on the internet. We contacted Chelsea and her real estate partner Kelly and they let us inspect the property almost immediately. We signed an offer and which was accepted. The house sold in 1 day. Chelsea and Kelly were friendly, helpful and professional in their conduct. We cannot fault their service.

Meeting Chris when we were house hunting was so refreshing. He is relaxed and not pushy, hugely honest and has great knowledge of the region, industry and process. We got valuable answers from every one of the million questions we asked Chris and are so grateful for this- his priority of top quality customer service didn't waver throughout the weeks that we were house hunting/going through the buying process. Chris knows his stuff. He is enthusiastic, confident (but definitely not pushy) and very professional. Relaxed and easy to communicate with as he explained everything clearly, always kept us up-to-date , was honest with his opinions but also listened to our needs. His patience and ultimately the very successful, smooth sale helped ease some of the sadness of selling our parents home. Would recommend Chris to anyone and will certainly choose him again.
