Deb was an awesome Agent making the process of buying a house so much easier. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Deb Grant for helping us sell our house recently in Ballina. Deb was very professional extremely personable, and just an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her communication was great, at no stage through the whole process were we left with questions unanswered. We did have a turbulent period early in the sale of our house due to external factors that were out of everyone’s control. Not only did Deb not get flustered by this, I feel that she excelled under pressure, and guided my wife and I through the stressful time. When we needed to move quick, Deb showed the urgency that was required, which resulted in a perfect outcome for us. We ended up getting exactly what we wanted for the house in a very reasonable time frame. I would only deal with Deb if I was to sell another house in the Ballina area, and would highly recommend her and the team at the Professionals Ballina.

Deb made the sale of the property so easy. Negotiations went smoothly and her appraisal was excellent. When the seller and the agent are 600 kilometres apart, things could have been difficult, but they weren't. Also the buyer was happy with the way she dealt with them

We initially engaged Kendall principally because we caught up occasionally as we both have children of the same age, and it always seemed comfortable and easy. From the first professional engagement with Kendall it became apparent we had made the right decision. Beyond the comfortable and easy social interactions, we experienced firsthand his commitment and professionalism to achieving the best result possible. He assisted in the photo shoot for several hours, meticulous in making sure that the all-important internet listing presented as well as possible. He turned up with flowers and scented candles to complete the presentation of the property for the first open house and accommodated the demands of prospective buyers from out of town with inspections on a Sunday. As the sale process progressed, interest in the property was fairly stated, communications were clear and the final negotiations handled transparently. Selling a property is a significant event, and in engaging Kendall we felt as though we had the right partner that achieved the best outcome for us.
