Deb made the process of selling a deceased estate very easy and stress free in what were very trying circumstances. Her hard working, pleasant and supportive efforts were much appreciated. Thank You to the team at the Professionals Ballina. You were exactly what your name suggests-professionals all the way through. Rob McGoldrick was referred to us by three people and stated their reasons why we should go with him. Their descriptions were accurate-Rob is a "goer" who keeps you informed and does a lot of behind the scenes work. This was reassuring and of immense help to me personally as selling your family home is not an easy task.

More than happy to provide a review for Peter Carmont. His approach to the sale of our property was marvelous. Peters Knowledge of the local market and real estate trends helped us achieve a realistic sale price. The marketing strategy he proposed was spot on with buyers making inquiries from the moment it hit the internet. Peters friendly nature made us feel relaxed in what can be a stressful time and we sold within 2 weeks. We have no hesitation in recommending Peter to anyone looking to buy or sell in our area. Selling our late parents house was emotionally challenging and Jan Borsje showed us patience and empathy throughout the journey. Jan is a rare breed of real estate agent whose manner is totally professional with European warmth and elegance but still with a sense of humour. All his communication was clear, positive, succinct with impeccable timing. He made the process of selling relatively easy.

Having arrived in Ballina on the Friday we called in to see Deb who we had previously met when scouting for property. Deb knew and understood our needs and straight away took us to see a few properties but also advised us of one that was going up for auction the next day which she thought we would be perfect. Deb was right and helped us with advice during the auction so we got the ideal property for our needs at a cost within our budget. It is refreshing meeting an agent who is understanding, honest and can’t recommend her highly enough.
