My experience with Professionals Bathurst was the smoothest property purchase I've had! The agent Brad Campbell was professional, communicative and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. While I was the purchaser, he was nothing but professional for the vendor and made sure both parties were genuinely happy with the transaction. I really appreciated that he knew a lot about the property at inspection, could answer every question I had and was prompt with providing the pest and building inspection. Brent and Brad were exceptional with the sale of my mum’s house after she passed away. I called Brent when we were thinking about selling mum’s house and he and Brad came to have a look and gave us an estimated sale price. I told Brent we didn’t want to be bothered about selling the house until we decided that we actually wanted to sell, which he understood and followed. I called him a couple of months later and said we were ready to sell. They made the process of selling my mum’s deceased estate as stress free as we could have asked for. Brent and Brad went above and beyond in being accommodating, sensitive and kind during an extremely difficult time for our family, we would highly recommend them to anyone.
