We met Tom while inspecting two properties for sale - the first sold quickly and above our limit; the second was perhaps a better option, and ultimately led to our purchase. Tom was friendly and professional, without being overly familiar; knowledgeable of the market and the property. He arranged a second inspection following an Open House so my wife could view the property. He maintained good contact while negotiating and responded to questions, even small, quickly.
