Dennis was very pleasant and helpful when I inspected the property and gave me unbiased information about other units for sale at the time. From the point at which I decided to buy the unit Dennis acted on every request quickly and with a very friendly disposition. The experience was in all ways professional and reassuring.

Sale of Burleigh Waters Property
I contacted Martin O'Reilly at the Professionals Burleigh (and 2 other agents in Burleigh) re the sale of a property. I live in Sydney and had no contacts on the Gold Coast. I had not seen the property for many months and was unaware of the condition of the property. Martin went and had a look at the property and we went through numerous queries and options (price, legals, repairs etc. etc.) for the property to be ready for sale. I engaged Martin with Professionals Burleigh to sell the property for me. I did this on a 'gut' feel and had my fingers crossed. It was the best decision I could have made. Martin had told me he would do whatever was needed (with my approval) to bring the property up to date, and he didn't let me down. The property was open for inspection on the Saturday and a holding deposit was received on the Monday. Contracts were exchanged 10 days later. I drove up to the Gold Coast to the property to remove furniture, sign documents etc. and to meet Martin. We had communicated numerous times over the weeks prior to the 'open' and I felt we had a good rapport. What a delight he was ! I would recommend Martin time and time again for his drive and comittment to getting the job done

Brilliant Experience
Having successfully sold 2 properties in a matter of weeks for me, says it all! Dennis got the job done, he knows the market, remains composed and professional in his dealings.
