Chris was amazing do deal with from the first appraisal meeting to the final hand over, if ever we had a question he was available to answer them with his vast market knowledge but still has a personal touch. It was a project that we couldn't finish, Chris walked round the property with me, said he had a few people on his books that were looking for a project. He got back to me a few days later with a purchaser. It did take a while for the purchaser to get his finance, but Chris kept us in the loop and assured us that everything was okay.
