Chris was the agent selling the house and he was great in the initial stages with supporting us to make an offer and communicating sellers questions and our responses. After our offer was accepted, we mostly liaised with Jemma in the office who was absolutely amazing - her communication was fantastic and her prompt responses and pre-emptive actions were greatly appreciated.

From the moment we met Chris, we felt comfortable with him and confident that he knew the Byford real estate market exceptionally well. He is a very warm and approachable person, which we feel is very important when inviting someone into your home and your family environment. Chris laid out all of the information at our initial appraisal meeting in a way that was clear, concise, and not overwhelming. He very obviously knows the local market like the back of his hand and after tracking the high number of other properties he’d recently sold in Byford, we happily signed a selling contract with him right there and then. Chris was both professional and very personable throughout the whole selling process, was sensitive to our requests, and had our house sold in just two weeks for more that our asking price! I had a great experience with the purchase of my new home with the Professionals Byford. They were very attentive always returning my calls with any questions I had and guiding me every step of the way and also being happy for me with every step of the way being closer to moving in to my new home. Even after the sale was complete providing me with good trades to help with finishing my new home which was invaluable to me as I am new to the area. Also I never felt pressured by them in any way.
