I would like to thank Chris for his professional, yet friendly approach towards guiding my husband and myself to the sale of our property in Byford. Chris assisted us with every scenario, when it occurred, especially throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. His awareness of the pandemic, as well as being aware of the desired outcome for us, as a client, was outstanding. Chris kept contact with us throughout the sale timeline, and informed us of any possible interest that was being displayed to our property. His professional approach assisted us to achieve the outcome, which was the sale of our property. Thank you Chris, Jemma and your team for all your hard work and I would recommend you and Professionals Byford without hesitation. Doretta and Gavin Lavery

As first time home buyers we thought the whole process would be overwhelming. When we mentioned this to Jemma, part of Chris team, she reassured us by taking her time to talk us through the process which was very helpful - this was just at viewing stage! The team were very responsive to all our question (well above expectations). We didn't buy the house because of the team selling it, but we were very grateful to be dealing with them. At the final inspection you could see that they had built a great relationship with the (previous) owners and seeing that interaction assures me if we ever need to sell, they'd be the go to team. Thanks so much for everything!

I can’t speak highly enough of Chris and his team at Professional. Extremely professional, incredibly knowledge about the current market, economic climat & area. He is also honest (which is rare in the selling game) but I think is extremely important. Chris and Jemma made the whole process so easy and achieved an outcome that I honestly thought was not going to be possible. I can’t thank thank enough!

Chris was available to show us a few properties of interest, we found him flexible with times and on inspection he was not pushy and allowed us time to inspect and discuss within ourselves without offering input unless asked. We ended up purchasing a property he had listed and the sale went smoothly without stress.

Chris was a pleasure to deal with from Day 1. We met with him to discuss what we wanted out of the sale of our property and he suggested several ideas to achieve it. Chris demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the local market and came up with an effective sales strategy that worked really well. Chris kept us informed on progress throughout the entire sales process and was able to achieve the result we were seeking within the time frame we wanted.
