Purchasing a house is difficult but when you are from another state and relocating, it can be even more difficult, particularly when your are purchasing what will be your new family home. Billy was very accommodating, patient and helpful with understanding the local area, specifically my questions around prices, flood zone issues, statutory and services expenses. He also provided good advice on what to consider when buying in Cairns. I would highly recommend Billy and would use him as our agent in the future!
