Well it took 3 goes but we finally got there! I was disappointed and frustrated (to say the least) after 2 contracts fell through, on the day before they were to go unconditional, but was pleasantly surprised when John just kept moving forward to achieve a successful sale. His perseverance, patience, and persistent determination to find that elusive sale won through in the end.
