Why am I as a buyer being asked to rate an agent that worked for the seller? The seller's Agent does not add any value to the transaction for the buyer; they don't assist in finding a property or give any advise one way or another. They are a go-between at best. That being said; Brad (and Nicole) were great to deal with. Friendly, professional, and very good regarding quick turnaround on any queries we had. When they didn't have answers, they made sure to GET answers and give the info through to us ASAP. Thanks!

We ended up selling our Millbridge home through Professional Dad Realty Australind, the contract was signed in January 2026 and final sale early April. Our agent was Harman Kaur, she was optimistic on the price point in my opinion but she seemed pretty certain of being able to achieve a sale in a reasonable time frame. We found Harman to be very enthusiastic, well presented and communicated clearly. She was also extremely prompt. Initially I thought Harman may be a bit inexperienced but soon found that to not be the case. Harman has a unique sales style, not too pushy but always in contact with you.
