The Lucky Sameer
It was not just the property we bought. He also showed us a couple of properties of our interest. And honestly he made us purchase this property with his beautiful convincing power. I feel he has done more than one can. But I strongly believe he doesn't have the organizational support and the liberty to deal with customers with a lil authority. He is a hard working, enthusiastic and full of energy guy with a big potential of growing fast and reaching higher levels but being wasted in some pathetic and useless bosses around him.

Smooth and amazing buying process
Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task.. Utsav was very professional as well as personal…my stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met. Utsav is not only a fantastic realtor, he is an excellent support system. ANYTIME there was any update he informed us straight away .
