Lea, you've done it again and that's said in a very positive sense.
We have purchased in the Castletown area previously where Lea and the Professionals team have been outstanding in the task of progressing and concluding the sale. Again, with Lea capably at the helm of closing this sale where the home had been on the market for a considerable time and a short settlement period required. Having many conflicting impediments to oversee and settle within this short period. Lea's thorough, disciplined hard work and persistence achieved the outcome we all sought.
